Hey everyone! I am finally getting into a groove and I can feel and see results! YES!!! I’ve lost a total of 8 pounds and couldn’t have done it without the awesome program and support I get from the other “revolters” that are doing the challenge.
First off, I am soooo happy to be back home after being out of town for 2 weeks to help my mom out after she had eye surgery. The first 2 weeks of the challenge were not the best for me but thank goodness I still managed to lose a few pounds. I’m so thankful that the place where we stayed had a nice fitness center and I was able to use their free weights in addition to the awesome videos that Nichole offers at Revolt Fitness. At the end of week 3 and I’m happy to say I’ve lost a total of 5 pounds! I plan to take some measurements again when we hit the end of week 6 and I’m hoping to see more improvements in that area.
So here we are at week 2 of The Revolt Fitness Challenge and I feel like all I can do is confess my sins. “Forgive my readers for I have sinned…” I don’t even know where to begin. Well actually I do! Lordy lordy look who’s 40… and out of shape! I’ve always been able to just whip back in shape with little to no effort. Well that has all come to a drastic halt! My metabolism has slowed down to a snail’s pace and this hot momma needs to get her arse back in shape.
For now I will spare ALL OF YOU from being blinded by my before picture. Let’s just say it is NOT pretty and I’m pretty damn embarrassed by it. I though I was hot sh*t until I saw my picture from behind. I’m still in shock and had to immediately have a
bottle glass of wine to calm my nerves…I’m just saying!
