Happy Friday everyone! I still think I’m trying to recover from those dang Tabatas exercises from last week. And to make matters worse I decided to add the “Dance it Out” class to my exercise in addition to Zumba and the Revolt Fitness Challenge exercises. But let me just say that I LOVE Dance it Out! OMG it was so much fun and between dropping it like it’s hot and shaking my azz off I burned a ton of calories and had a blast!

Revolt Fitness | Week #6 – Tabatas
Happy Fitness Friday everyone! Well here we are at week 6 of my Revolt Fitness Challenge! I’m down 1 more pound for a total of 9 pounds! I’m pretty sure that the founder Nichole Huntsman was trying to torture us this week, but it’s all good. LOL This week we were introduced to Tabatas. Revolt Fitness | Week #5 What had happened was…

So if you know the saying “What had happened was…” then you know it’s usually followed by some lame excuse or a lie! HAHA Well let’s just say I did not lose any weight this week and I did not eat as well as I should have.
Let’s go back to last Saturday when I attended an 80’s themed birthday party. There was a Margaritaville drink machine that was calling my name and I had 2 delicious drinks. OMG they were so good! Fitness Friday Revolt Fitness | Take that week 4!
Hey everyone! I am finally getting into a groove and I can feel and see results! YES!!! I’ve lost a total of 8 pounds and couldn’t have done it without the awesome program and support I get from the other “revolters” that are doing the challenge.
