Hey everyone! I am finally getting into a groove and I can feel and see results! YES!!! I’ve lost a total of 8 pounds and couldn’t have done it without the awesome program and support I get from the other “revolters” that are doing the challenge.
In case you’ve been living under a rock or just out of the loop, I’ve been doing a 12-week fitness challenge with Revolt Fitness. The program was started by Nichole Huntsman and she is fabulous! She has developed workout for 3 different fitness levels, meals plans and community support. I know for me the biggest hurdle is just getting started and now I LOVE to exercise! I’ve also been doing Zumba in addition the planned Revolt Fitness workouts.
When we hit week 6 I’m planning to show a few before and after pics. But let me warn you now that the before pics are not pretty! I looked at the picture and was like “Who the hell is that person with those rolls???” Oh snap that’s me and “me” has got to do better…LOL! My goal is to lose another 20 pounds along with a lot of body fat and gain more muscle.
