So if you know the saying “What had happened was…” then you know it’s usually followed by some lame excuse or a lie! HAHA Well let’s just say I did not lose any weight this week and I did not eat as well as I should have.
Let’s go back to last Saturday when I attended an 80’s themed birthday party. There was a Margaritaville drink machine that was calling my name and I had 2 delicious drinks. OMG they were so good! But I did shake my booty all night so I’m pretty sure that counts as exercise…I’m just saying!
I’m still down 8 pounds and my goal is to lose 19 more. Thank goodness I didn’t gain any weight this week! I think if I push myself more and really avoid all the bad things I snuck into my meal plan then I can accomplish this before the Summer is over and rock a sexy 2-piece! Thank goodness for all of the other people in my Revolt Fitness group. There is so much support and no one knocks you down when you fall off a bit.
