Happy Friday everyone! I still think I’m trying to recover from those dang Tabatas exercises from last week. And to make matters worse I decided to add the “Dance it Out” class to my exercise in addition to Zumba and the Revolt Fitness Challenge exercises. But let me just say that I LOVE Dance it Out! OMG it was so much fun and between dropping it like it’s hot and shaking my azz off I burned a ton of calories and had a blast!
I’m still running around like a chicken with my head cut off helping my mom since she still can’t drive and did not eat as well as I should have. I continued to exercise and lacked up on my water a bit. This week I’m hoping to increase my water and decrease my coffee intake. Something about coffee seems to feel the void since I can’t start my day off with a glass of wine. Don’t judge me… I’m just keeping it real! LOL

Good for you! I am not able to to hardcore stuff like that yet and I’m newly pregnant so I have to be careful what I do but I have been walking more and I am going to try to get back into doing Wii Fit exercises.

Hi little lady! You certainly get your dance on! That’s awesome. I’ve only done Zumba once but I like it. I thought about buying a dvd so I can do some groovin at home.
