Happy Fitness Friday everyone! Well here we are at week 6 of my Revolt Fitness Challenge! I’m down 1 more pound for a total of 9 pounds! I’m pretty sure that the founder Nichole Huntsman was trying to torture us this week, but it’s all good. LOL This week we were introduced to Tabatas. Tabatas is a type of high intensity interval training. This training protocol involves performing a particular exercise (or exercises) at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. Now Nichole added several exercises to this training so it ended up being almost 10 times as long. HOLY S**T is all I can say about the exercise that she had for us. My arms felt like jello, my abs hurt and I thought I was going to die!!!
