More Wine...Less Whine!
Can I just tell y’all how crappy I feel?!?! There is nothing worse than getting a Summer cold or a scratchy throat when it is 900 million trillion degrees outside! Since I like to take a more “natural” approach to how I get rid of a scratchy throat, I figured what better than a good ol’ fashioned hot toddy!
Happy Wine Wednesday! Today I wanted to introduce you all to one of my other favorite wine types – Muscadine wine!
Muscadines are truly a Southern Treasure! Just one more benefit of Southern living, as they are only found here! A Muscadine is a grape. They are different from most grapes in that they do not grow in a bunch. They grow two to three together on the vine, are thick-skinned, pulpy, and have large seeds. Their flavor is phenomenal, and their aroma is heavenly. The Muscadine grape makes a most wonderfully delicious sweet wine: incomparable and delectable.
Phew we finally made it to Wednesday! I don’t know about you but I sure do plan to enjoy a nice cool, refreshing cocktail this evening. Between the heat and my oldest daughter being out of school for Summer break, I think know I deserve one…or two! Last week I share an awesome recipe to make your own Mango Mascoto Popsicles and this week I though it would be cool to share this awesome recipe I stumbled across.

It’s Wine Wednesday again! About 2 weeks ago I did a post about a new box wine, Bota Box Wine, that I tried and enjoyed. Now that it’s Summer and feel like a million degrees outside my girls have been fully engulfed with making their own popsicle. I came across this picture on Pinterest and just knew I would have to make my own grown up popsicle!
