It’s Wine Wednesday again! About 2 weeks ago I did a post about a new box wine, Bota Box Wine, that I tried and enjoyed. Now that it’s Summer and feel like a million degrees outside my girls have been fully engulfed with making their own popsicle. I came across this picture on Pinterest and just knew I would have to make my own grown up popsicle!
Surprisingly I actually had some wine leftover! Are you as surprised as me? This is such a quick and easy way to make popsicles. And because we aren’t big liquor drinkers in this house, there is more than enough rum to go around and make all kinds of things. So on to how to make this yummy adult treat.
You will need the 4 ingredients listed below:
4 oz. Moscato
2 oz. white rum
2 oz. mango juice
1 lime
Each of my popsicle molds holds 2 ounces so this recipe will make 4 which is just enough for me. If you know me, then you know I DON’T like to share!
Directions:
Shake Moscato, rum & mango juice and pour into popsicle mold. Add a squeeze of lime. Let them freeze overnight and then enjoy!
So what is your favorite Summer treat to make to help stay cool? Please feel free to share!
