My oh my! So welcome to this week’s Motivation Monday. Where do I begin…. Well let’s start with how bad I did last week. I only worked out once and ate pretty bad. And because of that I feel like crap! This week kicks off the July Uprising with Revolt Fitness and it couldn’t have come at a better time. The Revolt Program runs on monthly cycles called uprisings. Nichole Huntsman, the founder of Revolt Fitness, provides you with your meal plan, downloadable/printable workouts and workout videos. This week will be doing our detox diet and boy do I need it! Is it Wine O’Clock yet?
Phew we finally made it to Wednesday! I don’t know about you but I sure do plan to enjoy a nice cool, refreshing cocktail this evening. What story will your Origami Owl Living Locket Tell?
Just this past January I left the stressful world of supervision and Social Work to become my own boss. I’ve been loving every minute of it and haven’t looked back. Revolt Fitness Week 8
Hello and welcome to my first edition of Motivation Monday! I am so honored to be a part of such a wonderful group of ladies. When you get a chance, be sure to check them all out and also remember to link up with this week’s Motivation Monday post.
Now on to how I did this week! Well my eating was a little better, but not as “clean” as it should have been. In addition to doing my Revolt Fitness exercises courtesy of Nichole, I also continued with my Zumba and attended a new class this week at the YMCA. This week I tried out Body Pump and had so much fun! I’m
really wanting to incorporate more weight into my fitness regimen since they seem to be the key to toning versus just doing a lot of cardio. I can tell a big difference in my lower body muscles but I still need to work on my midsection. I think that will get better when I start to eat better than I have been in these last few weeks.
