My oh my! So welcome to this week’s Motivation Monday. Where do I begin…. Well let’s start with how bad I did last week. I only worked out once and ate pretty bad. And because of that I feel like crap! This week kicks off the July Uprising with Revolt Fitness and it couldn’t have come at a better time. The Revolt Program runs on monthly cycles called uprisings. Nichole Huntsman, the founder of Revolt Fitness, provides you with your meal plan, downloadable/printable workouts and workout videos. This week will be doing our detox diet and boy do I need it! I feel so sluggish and bloated from eating so bad last week.
I don’t know if it’s the heat or what but I was struggling in the “motivation” area last week. This is a new week and as my co-host Wendy with Daily Does of Del Signore said we are “re-dedicating” ourselves this week! Everyone has struggles at times with health and fitness, but don’t let it get you down.
How do you handle when you start to lose your mojo? What kind of things do you do to stay on track? Please share!!!
Remember to link up with me and my other awesome Motivation Monday co-hosts this week!

Hi Chick-A-Dee. I had a few days of induglence Friday and Sunday. I learned that not allowing the usual guilt that accompanies those types of episodes to take over my thoughts is key for me. Instead, I see it as a little bump in the road to better health. Stuff happens but I don’t let it get me down. I am going to the gym this week determined to workout to the best of my ability, seeing as to how I have lots of extra energy to burn(calories and carbs)haha
Let’s make this week count and get movin and groovin’ with out fitness. 🙂

Sounds good! I have a lot of carbs and wine to burn off. Something about making a Sangria or cocktail during the Summer that just seems to hit the spot. LOL I’m even buying a few more exercise tops so I can feel “purty” while I’m sweating like a pig!

I’m finding all kinds of motivation as well! It really helps especially when you hit a slump.

I had a rough weekend as well. I am working on getting back moving. When I am moving that always helps me make better food choices.
Alisha says
And I’ll be moving my booty tonight at Zumba and Dance it Out! Best choices all day…lol!

How did your rededication work? Mine’s going better than last week!
