Now on to how I did this week! Well my eating was a little better, but not as “clean” as it should have been. In addition to doing my Revolt Fitness exercises courtesy of Nichole, I also continued with my Zumba and attended a new class this week at the YMCA. This week I tried out Body Pump and had so much fun! I’m
really wanting to incorporate more weight into my fitness regimen since they seem to be the key to toning versus just doing a lot of cardio. I can tell a big difference in my lower body muscles but I still need to work on my midsection. I think that will get better when I start to eat better than I have been in these last few weeks.
Nichole also has some great weight training videos but it’s nice sometimes to workout with a group…especially when you are feeling unmotivated like I was last week!
So now it’s like a gazillion degrees outside and I’m so thankful that our Y also has an indoor pool. I’m thinking of trying water aerobics and water Zumba as well. Have any of you tried it?
A few more weeks left in the 12 week challenge and I don’t think I’m bikini ready yet but I am definitely a lot closer than I was 2 months ago.
