Prepoo??? If you’re like me, trying to keep up with all the natural hair terminology can be a bit exhausting. “I plan to co-wash my TWA but before that I’m going to do a prepoo, then baggy it with my conditioner I whipped up in the kitchen with stuff that would normally be used for cooking”. But let me ease your fears. A prepoo is exactly what it sounds like! It’s something you do before you shampoo your hair. A lot of shampoo (especially those containing sulfates) strip our hair of the natural oils and moisture that it so desperately needs to be healthy.
KJ Naturals is one of my favorite companies when it comes to products for hair and skin! I’ve been using her products faithfully for the last 2 years. The first product I started using was Sybil’s Buttah and after that I was HOOKED!!! That product was basically like the hair gawds came and sprinkled their magical hair fairy dust on it!
