You won’t believe what happens when I sneeze…or laugh too hard or exercise vigorously.  Oh the joys of having children and getting older.  *sigh*

I want to share a secret with you all that a lot of women, especially younger ones, are too embarrassed to mention.  Over 51  million American women experience bladder leakage.
