Roller skating
Roller skating has been my jam lately. In fact, it is pretty much the only exercise that I have been doing. If you haven’t roller skated in the past, you absolutely need to try it. It’s fun, a great workout, and it gets your mind off of your long to-do lists, so it’s a mental break, as well.
