Revolt Fitness Week 11

Happy Monday!  I survived another week of working out and eating better (as I sit her typing this eating gummy bears…but I digress)  WOOHOO!!!  This past week I didn’t get a chance to do all of the Revolt Fitness exercises but I did make it to the Y and shook my bootie away at Zumba and Dance it Out!  lifestyle change revolt fitness

Another blogger shared this picture on the Fitness page and I just love it.  A diet is really something temporary and I don’t want me trying to become healthier just something I’ll do for a few months then just stop.  You don’t have to try to change everything you do in one day, but make small changes along the way and before you know it you are living a cleaner, healthier life.

What motivates you to be a better you?  I know for me it’s my daughters and I want them to also grow up and be healthy.  And the only way that will happen is if I lead by example.

    I’m just starting to work out a little. I’m reviewing the FitBit and it’s been very motivational so far. Don’t you use a watch tracker? So happy to be following your journey here and on Instagram.

      Yep I bought a watch that keeps up with calories burned. I’m hoping to be looking as good as you…even post baby!

    I have to start doing some excerises, because I have to lose about 70 pounds for tubal reversal and smoking on top of that is not good. I really hope I can do this and at least get in some excerise.

      Good luck with the weight loss AND qutting smoking. My dad quit cold turkey but my husband just can’t seem to quit. Hope you doing and lose those pounds so you can get to making more babies! LOL

      Thanks Emily!!! Sucks that I have a have a bit of a cold this week. Pretty sure I sweated most of it out with Zumba tonight…LOL!
