Happy Monday! I survived another week of working out and eating better (as I sit her typing this eating gummy bears…but I digress) WOOHOO!!! This past week I didn’t get a chance to do all of the Revolt Fitness exercises but I did make it to the Y and shook my bootie away at Zumba and Dance it Out!
Another blogger shared this picture on the Fitness page and I just love it. A diet is really something temporary and I don’t want me trying to become healthier just something I’ll do for a few months then just stop. You don’t have to try to change everything you do in one day, but make small changes along the way and before you know it you are living a cleaner, healthier life.
What motivates you to be a better you? I know for me it’s my daughters and I want them to also grow up and be healthy. And the only way that will happen is if I lead by example.
