So here we are at week 2 of The Revolt Fitness Challenge and I feel like all I can do is confess my sins. “Forgive my readers for I have sinned…” I don’t even know where to begin. Well actually I do! For the last week and a half I have been out of town helping my mom because she had eye surgery performed. Staying in a hotel has not given me a chance to buy the groceries I need and prepare my food for the week. Luckily though I am able to workout because the facility has a nice gym. I have not weighed myself all week and didn’t even want to measure myself because I knew I would just want to throw in the towel and call it quits. I’ve been drinking my water and working out, but being back in my old hometown of Washington, D.C. also meant that I’ve been surrounded by all of my favorite places I used to eat. I caved in gave in to chicken wings and mumbo sauce after being here for 5 days. *hangs head in shame* Now on the upside, there are 10 more weeks in the challenge and I’m determined to make you all proud. I still plan to have one glass of wine each week on our cheat day and can’t wait to share a few exercises and recipes to help others that want to get in shape and tone up as well. I’m praying that I do better because I have a destination wedding to attend this Fall and I’m determined to bring my damn sexy back!
