Happy Monday! I can honestly call Mondays a good thing now since I don’t work outside the house…woohoo!!! Now what I’m really waiting on is for school to start. Oh.My.Word!!! This has been the longest Summer ever and my tween is driving me crazy so I’m one of the few that’s actually looking forward to school starting…hahaha!
Now on to this week’s Motivation Monday! When I saw this picture I cracked up! Then I realized how we try to make everything so convenient and do less but want more. First off let me say that I did much better with eating, exercise and most importantly DRINKING WATER! I lost another pound this week and enjoyed working out even more! My legs are looking great but I still need to work on these abs and get rid of this damn back fat! Who told fat to even go there??? During these next few weeks I’m going to work on my upper body more and try to take it to the next level. Zumba and Dance it Out are awesome for my lower body and the Revolt Fitness upper exercises are awesome but I’m such a slacker when it come to doing those.
So how did you do last week? Any victory, big or small, should be celebrated and now that you can do this! Be sure to link up with the rest of our awesome Motivation Monday Team and swing by their blogs as well!

Yeah, for Motivation Monday! I didnt do so good on eating and exercising this past week, holidays, and family in town… food everywhere and drinks…anyway, I was proud that i actually ran 4.5 miles today, let me tell you, after my very laborous first 2 miles, i said “I think I could stop here.”, but I didn’t, i kept on keeping on, and I am so tired my hands are h aving a hard time keeping up with typing, BUT, I did it and set the tone for the week! Yeah! So lets see how it goes…. And I agree…. BACK FAT SUCKS! ( and who wants to wear SPANX all the way up there? its HOT!, no extra clothing please!!) Why? What purpose does fat serve rolling down our backs? So, here is to kicking FATs butt!! RUN, LIFT, DANCE, LAUGH, WALK… just do it!! Talk to you next Monday!
ps
way to go on losing a pound!! I fear the scale so I avoid at all costs!!
Have a great week!

Jeanne out holiday weekend sucked! It rained for 3 straight days starting with the 4th so I wasn’t even in the mood to eat bad since we couldn’t grill outside. And my kids were stuck to me like siamese twins so I couldn’t even enjoy a glass (or bottle) of wine if I wanted to! And kudos to you for running. I HATE, despise, loathe (did I mention hate) running! I tried it once but between shin splints and bursitis in my knees I gave up. But I do love to get my groove on in Zumba and Dance it Out class. Thanks for stopping by! And get to work on blogging your crafts so I can secretly stalk all your awesomeness! LOL

That poster cracked me up! Yes, we’ve become a culture of laziness. I actually did A LOT of walking up and down hills with my baby in her stroller. I was huffing and puffing but my legs felt so strong! I hope the summer flies by for you!haha

Thanks Veronica! I was in the best shape when my kids couldn’t walk. They were nice little arm weights to carry…LOL!

That picture is hilarious! I would think that would be more difficult than walking actually! haha!
Alisha says
Tiffany! There is no way I would even try to do that! Especially since my coordination is bad sometimes. Poor kid would go one way and I’d be flying the other way! LOL

Oh my goodness! That picture is hilarious! LOL Who DID tell fat that it was allowed back there? I wish it would go away!
Alisha says
I know right! I kept looking at that picture like how in the world is that even possible! I’ve been having a long talk with this dang back fat & it’s S L O W L Y starting to listen to me. haha

That picture is too funny. Even if I wanted to do that I’m not sure I’m coordinated enough to!
Alisha says
I’d be flat on my face trying to attempt all that! LOL
