Happy Monday! So last week I took a little blogger’s break because sometimes life just gets hectic! But I’m glad to be back and sharing my ramblings with you all again. 😀
Let’s be honest here people, some times I don’t feel like working out…at.all! You ever just have one of those days when you feel like that?
That’s when I have to kick my butt in high gear and find something to motivate me to keep going. About a month ago I joined this awesome group of other women who are stepping up their health and fitness on Google+. While in the group I have come in contact with some pretty awesome women! And one who stands out because of her workouts are some of the hardest s**t I have ever tried to do in my entire life! Her name is Laura and she can be found on YouTube and her Blog.
Last week she shared a 4 minute power plank video. I thought “4 minutes…how hard could this be?” Well take a look and let me know what you think.
Now did you try to do this workout with Laura? I tried a few moves and after landing on my face and getting carpet burn I decided to try another workout that would be easier on my body and my ego…LOL!
Now that’s more like it! What I love about Laura is that she is so down to earth and always willing to help or give you tips on how to modify exercises for your level. I’m into phase 2 of my 12-week weightlifting challenge and her exercises are a great addition to what I’m currently doing. And the exercises can be done at home and the majority of them don’t require any additional equipment.
What are your favorite exercises to do and what keeps you motivated so you don’t just give up? Please share and remember to link up with these other fabulous ladies!

Ok, sorry if this the second comment from me. I’ve been having issues with my blog and commenting on other posts.

Ooooh, I think I am going to try the 4 min power plank! My favorite exercise is running. I always feel free when I run. What keeps me motivated is my determination to see my healthy lifestyle through. I have started and quit so many times, but this time around I am taking it one day at a time. Thanks for the motivation today!
