Happy Monday! So it’s almost the middle of February and some of us may already be throwing in the towel when it comes to staying on track with our health and fitness resolutions. Well to help get a lot of us out of that slump, I’ve teamed up with “Busy Mom’s Bootcamp” for an awesome 6 week challenge to get back on track! Being a mom sometimes means you have to be invincible. You have to take care of home, kids, work…. you get the picture! And at times we put our needs on the back burner and forget that if mom is down, then everything goes kaput!
Have you ever felt like the mom in this picture?
I’m taking part in this challenge and would love for you to join me and other moms to get back on track. The best part of this challenge is that one lucky winner will win a FitBit . Want to join me?
