Happy Monday!!! Oh I how love Mondays. It’s like a nice, fresh start to the week. And the best part… the kids go back to school! LOL
Last week the beautiful Nellie of Brooklyn Active Momma stopped by and said that she was doing Jamie Eason’s program. I had never heard of her so off I went to do a Google search and came across her 12-week trainer program.
Right off the bat I just KNEW I had to try this out. Last week I hit the Y each week and did my weights and I’m feeling more comfortable. This week I’ll be starting off with Jamie Eason’s program and can’t wait!!! And the best part is that BodyBuilding.com also has a mobile app and I downloaded it to my phone and synced it with my calendar. Can’t get much better than that! Now if I could just find my iPhone armband holder….
Now I know I said before I would post before and after pictures, but er uh…yep not gonna happen now! And I looked at my before pictures from April and OMG is all I can say. All I kept thinking was “Who is that fat chick and why does she look just like me?!?!” So give me 4 weeks of getting it together with Jamie and I’m hoping to share pictures then.
Now I’m hoping that me lifting weights doesn’t end up looking like this guy! Keep your fingers crossed that I don’t injure myself trying to get in shape…LMAO!!!
Hope you all continue to stay motivated and remember to link up and looking forward to seeing how everyone is making progress!
Good luck with the new program!
Thanks Tiff!
I hope you enjoy the program! I can’t wait to see your results! 🙂
Thanks Veronica! 2 days of arms workouts and I just hope I can turn the wheel to drive…LOL
GIRL! YAY! I am so happy you are doing the program!! You can join me in the torture…ahh…fun! I need to check out that APP stat! I am so tired of printing pages 😉
oh and thank you for the lovely compliment. We will be fast friends my dear. (as you can see it doesn’t take much! 🙂
Nellie I was secretly cussing you in my mind as I was doing push up…LMAO! I was like WTH did I get myself into and I hope I can move my arms tomorrow. hahaha
I’m going to have to join you. I’ve seen her on BB.com. I’ve been a member for a couple of years.
You should def do it!
The picture is funny. I read Nellie’s post about it. Looking forward to see your result from the program. Good luck!
I survived the first week and already feeling better! And I can’t wait to share my results with everyone each month!
