Phew! These last couple of weeks have tested every single nerve in my body. My 3 year old has decided that she no longer needs sleep to survive. So this pretty much translate to no one else in our home having a good night sleep. O_o Y’all just don’t know how much I treasure and value my sleep. I would pick sleep over food (that’s just how serious it is).
I spoke with my pediatrician at her last wellness visit and mentioned how her sleep pattern was all out of whack and her energy is through the roof. She mentioned giving her melatonin (1mg) for no longer than a month or 2. My little ball of energy’s body just laughed at that stuff. I’m hoping that this is just short lived and we will get back on track soon, but until then the ramblings from this natural hair mom will consist of a lot of reviews of wine. Please tell me I’m not the only parent dealing with this. How do you get your toddlers back on track with their bedtime schedule and sleep pattern. Feel free to share!
Also stay tuned for an upcoming review from one of my favorite vineyards!

I think she actually did have benadryl once when her allergies flared up…didn't even make her the least bit sleepy. SMH haha
Wine reviews! Yay! I love wine.
V has been on a sleep schedule since birth. Even if she doesn't sleep. She is put down for her nap at the same time everyday. Same goes for bedtime. We have had some bad times. I've written 3 sleep post in my 2 year old blog. Now is not one of those times. Since I stopped breastfeeding a month ago, her sleep has been the best ever! She takes 2 hour naps and sleeps 7 to (almost) 7 consistently.
Hope it's a short phase for you and the fam.
That's what is driving us crazy. Nothing has changed and I make sure the house is nice and calm and dim. I really just hope it's a phase and maybe mommy drinking a glass of wine will make it all better for everyone…LOL
I'm cracking up at here laughing it off. I just bought a bottle of melatonin…doubt it will work though. Lol. Send her my way. We can definitely hang.

Don't be laughing at my pain! I swear I think the melatonin is like a B12 shot to her. SMH Oh well hopefully this is just a phase and will be over soon. I'm going to that vineyard today so at least I can be tipsy while I'm lacking some sleep! LOL
Oh man lol. I enjoy sleep too. I hope it's getting better!
