Thank you to Depend
for sponsoring today’s post about the #DropYourPants for #Underwareness Movement.
Can you believe that 23 millions Americans under age 45 deal with this issue? It’s like a big secret and everyone is ashamed to admit that they do or have experienced this problem before.
So if you’re like me when you think of Depend you think of those with physical limitations, the elderly and a ginormous, unsightly “adult diaper”. Well hello bladder after having two kids! The days of me thinking that I’d NEVER have to wear something to protect me against *inhale* bladder leakage *exhale* are long gone! So why doesn’t anyone tell you that if you have kids that when you sneeze uncontrollably or laugh hysterically (as I often do) that your bladder will just be like deuces! And I won’t even mention what happens if I get hit with a stomach virus and have to have a convo with the porcelain Gods as I whisper sweet nothings in his ear.
Luckily for us there is a product for everyone experiencing bladder leakage, regardless of age. Depend provides a variety of discrete products that help people regain their freedom and get their lives back, including:

Well I’m ready to drop it like it’s hot and join the #UnderWarenessMovement and enjoy incontinence protection. Are you with me?
You know when I first looked at the email, I thought we were going to discuss that out of three women pictured, two of them were kinky/curly. I’ve gone back to read and also wonder why it’s not included with information on giving birth.
I’m with ya! After having two kids, I do have those oops moments where I leak a bit. It’s nice to know Depend has discreet options for those of us who may need it down the road. Love that they are donating to fund research and create awareness for bladder leakage.
Allergy season is the worst for me! Gotta love the human body right…haha!
ps – visiting from Linqia!
Wow! I recently started having this problem. I was a shocked when it first happened. I’m glad to know I’m not alone. I’m under 45 and felt like I wasn’t old enough to be having this problem. Thank you. Now off I go to order my free samples.
Ericka why didn’t anyone tell us about this! Enjoy your free sample and glad to know I”m not alone!
I never knew this was a big issue for people under 45, I knew it was for us old timers, even though I don’t experience this anymore. Had surgery 5 years ago and now the pipes are good again!
Not an “old timer” issue any more! But you know I’m still 25 so….LOL!
I first experienced this when I was in my mid-30s. When it happens the first time, it’s quite a shock!
Exactly…so many things that noone ever likes to discuss but affects so many of us!
